Pirozzi Joins Etigra as VP Finance

Etigra has hired Frank Pirozzi in the newly created position of Vice President Finance. In this position, Pirozzi will oversee Etigra’s Finance Department as the company expands its financial capabilities to address growing business needs. Pirozzi will manage Etigra’s accounting and banking relationship. He will also oversee liquidity management and risk management, including insurance.

A certified public accountant with an MBA from Fordham University, Pirozzi has a broad range of financial experience. Most recently he was with RH Donnelly as Director, Treasury. There he coordinated all banking relationships, documentation and banking structure. He also administered R.H. Donnelley’s debt portfolio and managed the company’s pension plan assets. Prior to that, he held positions at a Fortune 500 company and was the Treasurer of a publicly traded company.

Etigra is a privately held company offering post-patent pesticide solutions. The company offers multiple products for turf and ornamental, pest control, vegetation management and forestry, and crop.
