Etigra announces plans to expand its portfolio with the addition of products for the crop markets.
Etigra started as a post-patent supplier focused solely on the non-crop markets. “We feel very fortunate to be invited into the crop markets by some of our distribution partners who are in both crop and /non-crop markets,” said JJ Grow, President and Chief Executive Officer.
The move into crop was the logical next step for the company, according to Randy Canady, Chief Operating Officer. “From the product perspective, we offer active ingredients that overlap in crop and non-crop. This growth will allow us to optimize our product development activities and continue to provide our customers with more alternatives to the branded option,” Canady continued.
Etigra has hired Paul Lyon as Director of National Sales – Crop to lead the company’s activities in the crop arena.
“Paul’s addition to our team is another example of our commitment to hiring only best-in-class talent,” said Grow.
Paul is a veteran of the agriculture industry, spending the last 11 years with a leading post-patent supplier, most recently as Director of National Sales – Crop. He understands the generic industry, and he has built strong relationships with distribution partners.
